Before you write
A device I own isn't listed
Send the brand and exact model. We add devices whose maker publishes releases somewhere we can read, and most requests go in within a few days.
The version shown looks wrong
Tell us the device and what you're seeing on the manufacturer's page. Makers move and rewrite those pages without notice, so this does happen, and it's a quick fix once we know.
Cancel or change Pro
The receipt Stripe emailed you has a link to manage or cancel the subscription. Lost it? Write from the address you paid with and we'll sort it out. Unhappy in the first 30 days: we refund in full, no questions.
Too many emails
Every alert has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it takes effect immediately. You can also trim which devices you watch under My devices.
Delete my data
Ask here and we remove your address, your device list and your subscription record within 30 days. See privacy & terms for what we hold and why.
